Standard (non-personalized) orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no cost. Personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, as they are made specifically for you.

Online card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) via the secure GoPay gateway, bank transfer, or cash on delivery. All card payments use 3-D Secure.

How long does delivery take?

Our products are made to order (print-on-demand), only after your order comes in. The exact production time depends on the current number of orders, but we always dispatch as soon as we can. Once shipped, courier delivery usually takes 1–3 business days depending on the chosen shipping method.

What material are your t-shirts and hoodies made of?

Our t-shirts are made of 100% semi-combed ringspun cotton with a 190 g/m² weight (SOL'S Imperial — SO11500). This is a heavier, premium-feel fabric that holds its shape and is comfortable to wear. Heather colors contain a small amount of viscose: Ash (300) 98% cotton / 2% viscose, Grey melange (350) 85% cotton / 15% viscose. The shirt has a reinforced elastane ribbed collar, neck reinforcement tape, and a tubular construction. The fabric is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified — tested free of harmful substances.

Why do you make products only after I order?

We print each t-shirt, hoodie, or accessory only after the order is received. This lets us offer personalization and a wide range of designs without holding large inventories.

How do I measure for the right size?

Accepted Answer

Each product page has a size chart with exact measurements in centimeters. We recommend measuring an existing well-fitting t-shirt and comparing. If in doubt, contact us — we are happy to help.

How should I wash DTF-printed t-shirts?

Accepted Answer

Wash inside out at max 40 °C, do not use bleach or aggressive detergents. Tumble drying is not recommended. Iron on low heat (one dot), ideally from the reverse side — never directly over the print. These instructions match the care symbols on the SOL'S Imperial (SO11500) shirt label.

Can I return goods without giving a reason?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Exception: products with personalized print (custom design, name, or photo) cannot be returned by law because they are made specifically for you. To withdraw (14-day no-reason return) use the online form at /odstupenie-od-zmluvy; to report a product defect, use the complaint form at /reklamacie.

How do I file a claim?

File a claim via the online form on the Claims page, or by email at info@polovnicketricka.sk. Attach a photo of the defect and your order number. We handle claims within 30 days.

Will I get an invoice? Paper or electronic?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we automatically email you a PDF invoice once your payment is received. It is a fully valid tax document. If you need a paper copy, let us know.

Can I ship a product directly to the recipient?

Yes — you can enter a different delivery address at checkout. We send invoices electronically and do not include them in the package.
