Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The detailed conditions and a sample form are below.

1. Your right to withdraw
Pursuant to § 7 of Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection in distance selling, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded through our e-shop without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.
2. Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is 14 days. The deadline is met if you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the period has expired.
3. How to withdraw
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please inform us by an unequivocal statement — e.g. a letter sent by post, or an email to info@polovnicketricka.sk. You may use the sample form below, but it is not mandatory. Return the goods to us no later than 14 days after withdrawal.
4. Effects of withdrawal
On withdrawal we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us).
5. Refund of payment
We will reimburse the payment without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction - for card payments via GoPay this means refunding to the original card; for bank transfer or cash-on-delivery orders, to the IBAN you provide. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalised — typically products with custom design where we manufactured the design exactly to your specifications. In such cases, withdrawal cannot be exercised.
